Greetings rod,

Just a quick update as I prepare to leave for Yellowknife for a pair of aurora tours.

I also recently returned from an Alaskan cruise with my son and grandson. I haven’t really had time to go through those pictures, but hopefully for next month.

Yellowknife 2025

John Barclay and I are again teaming up for another Yellowknife tour in September of next year (2025).
We currently have one tour scheduled for September 17-24 and we’ll be able to add another tour if that one fills.

Faroe Islands

Having seen many pictures of the area, I’ve long wanted to visit the Faroe Islands. Maybe it’s the northern European ancestry in me.

Located halfway between Iceland and Norway, the Faroe Islands feature many hidden gems for landscape and nature photography. From lush valleys and striking mountain peaks soaring high above the sea, to waterfalls plunging directly from sheer cliffs into the tumultuous ocean below, this rugged and wild region has it all.

I’ll be once again partnering with Iceland Photo Tours for this tour, scheduled for August 1-8, 2025. It’s limited to six.
